She is Here!!!

Our little Macie Lynn Caldwell is finally here! Macie was born on January 10, 2011 at 3:39 pm in the afternoon. She weighed 7lbs. 13.8 oz and is 21 inches long. She has lots of beautiful long brown hair and has deep blue eyes.
The labor went well and Mom is doing great!
Your looking at the proudest Dad ever!
Kaden's initial reaction didn't go very well when he saw Macie. His first words were, "No Baby." In fact, he did not even want to be in the same room with her. After Dad took Kaden for some ice cream, he softened his heart for Macie. After a hour he slowly started to check her out, get close to her, and eventually poke her face. By the time he was going home he wanted to give the baby a kiss and said, "Love you baby, bye!

This is the cute police. You are being arrested for being to gorgeous. Put your hands in the air!

Christmas Day

This was the first Christmas were we actually had to stay up to set up Christmas. This little smile made it all worth it.Where's Waldo?

Christmas Eve

Every Christmas Eve we act out the nativity scene. Clara was a sheep.
Kaden was a wise man, Shepard, and Joseph.
Mark was the donkey.

Early Christmas in Holden

Kim's whole family drove down to Holden, Utah for an early Christmas celebration. We had a great time. Kaden especially loved playing with the chickens, playing with aunt Stacey's dogs, and driving the tractor.

Brian is Going on a Mission

Now that Brian has grown a foot or two, he has been called on a mission to South Carolina. We are so proud of him, and love to hear about his experiences he is having on his mission.
Kaden didn't want to see Uncle Brian go, so he is trying to keep the car from going. Kaden will miss uncle Brian.

Halloween

For Halloween this year we tried to stay in character for our costumes. Kaden was a monster (he didn't need the costume), Mark was Frankenstein (he even limped like Frankenstein due to his surgical boots on both feet), and Kim was a pregnant cat (our little kitty will be born in January!).
Uncle Brian was a Harlem Globetrotter.
Uncle Jeff and Aunt Nicole were cool Marines.

Kaden loved the ward Halloween party and the neighborhood get together.
Here are the pumpkins Mark carved for Halloween.
